The new photo was taken weeks before the 22-year-old vanished after leaving a Lexington, Kentucky, bar with two unidentified men. Family members hope that releasing the new image will help lead to Spurlock’s safe return. “That is the most recent picture we have,” explained Ellen Spurlock, Savannah’s mother,while speaking to WKYT....
