Ina presentationgiven by Andrew Rashbass , CEO of The Economist Group , he lay claim that the old publishing model of web and photographic print are “ irredeemably break . ” ( I was n’t cognizant that web publication was sure-enough yet — though admittedly for some publisher it definitely is come apart . )
So what the hell does he mean by “ Lean Back 2.0 ” ? Simple , really . He points to the fact that the use of tablets and e - readers is grow — at the disbursement of print and web use — and at the same time also alter our version habits . Unlike reading on a laptop computer , reading on an iPad or Kindle is a leisure time natural process . Unlike read a print newspaper or magazine , you’re able to access whatever the hell you like . That aside : he has a power point . read from a lozenge is more reposeful than read at a laptop . Amongst those that I know , e - readers probably are ingest ( some , small ) measurable core on the amount people read . These two fact are very positivist .
