Once you realize what Bloodshot is doing , though , it never elevates itself beyond that . While Ray and the hearing seek the true statement , Bloodshot seems o.k. holding it back . There ’s never a truly clear motion-picture show of all that go on with Ray and his past . Many questions go unrequited . And maybe that was done on purposefor potential subsequence , but it ends up undercut a little of the goodwill the pic has deservedly garner with its twists and turns .

Nevertheless , while Bloodshot can be cheesy and a fiddling frustrating , it ’s much more entertaining and surprising .
