Elizabeth Banksis staying golden at 50 — literally.
The short video began with Banks peeking out of golden streamers and asking, “Who wants to see my birthday suit?” before she dramatically threw the streamers out of the way to reveal her outfit — a metallic gold head-to-toe bodysuit.
The actress pretended to do several sultry poses in the shoot, but it (purposefully) didn’t come off that way as she was also seen making hilariously funny faces and looking uncomfortable. In one shot, she even attempted to pose with her leg up outside her home while wearing fuzzy slippers on her feet.
She also showed off her flexibility, doing a high jump in the air with her legs almost in a split. The video hilariously zoomed in on her awkward face mid-jump.
Though it appeared that her flexibility did not help that much when getting into the catsuit. In another series of shots, she could be seen struggling to put on the outfit. She laughed while trying to squeeze her head through the opening of what she called “the original catsuit.”
In another scene, she asked, “Do we think this is a good idea?” as she struggled to get on what appeared to be the cap of the golden bodysuit before finally relenting, “Okay, we have to take it off.”

Others wished her a happy golden birthday, including actressJulianne Moore, who wrote, “Happy birthday Queen!!! You are a golden ⭐️.”Katie Couriccommented, “Happy birthday hot stuff 🔥❤️.”

Last year, Banks told PEOPLE that she was embracing growing older, and shared that her new philosophy was “age gracefully, whatever that means to you.”
“I’m trying to age gracefully but I also want to feel confident that I’m doing what I can tostayconfident about aging,” she explained. “My mental health is most important when it comes to beauty. That’s what I love about these products — they feel appropriate for me, but also I’m taking care of myself and not overthinking it.”
