Gigi Hadid’s relationship withBradley Cooperhas broadened her artistic horizons.
“Bradley has opened me up to going to the theater more, and that’s something that’s so nice to bring back into my life," said Hadid of the couple’s “very romantic and happy” dynamic.
But, she added, it’s “hard” to “give [myself] a normalexperience of dating,” noting that it’s difficult “even for my friends who aren’t public figures.”
“Where do you go? And, what? You just start talking to people?” Hadid said. “And then there’s another added layer of privacy and security. You want to believe that people are going to have your back … but you just don’t know.”

“I think just getting to the point where knowing what you want and deserve in a relationship is essential,” she also said, “and then to find someone that is in a place in their life where they know what they want and deserve … and you both do work separately to come together and be the best partner that you can be. I just feel really lucky.”
Hadid continued of the actor, “I respect him so much as a creative, and I feel that he gives so much to me: encouragement and, just, belief."
“For those people you admire to encourage you, it can create so much belief in yourself. Like, what’s the worst thing if I auditioned for this? You jump and take the leap," she added.
Hadid and Cooper werefirst linked in October 2023when they were spotted dining together atVia Carotain New York City, and they have seemingly grown closer ever since.

Aside from a life in the spotlight, the two also share parenthood in common. Cooper is dad to daughterLea De Seine, who turns 8 later this month, with exIrina Shayk, while Hadid shares 4-year-old daughterKhaiwith exZayn Malik.
While talking toEntertainment Tonightbackstage at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show back in October 2024, Hadid said that even though Cooper wasn’t there to support her in person, he was still “watching from home” while “on dad duty, but so supportive.”
Regarding the current status of their relationship, a source told PEOPLE in January that the supermodel and theNightmare Alleyactor are not in a hurry to head down the aisle, explaining that while they are “serious about each other … anengagementwould be a big step,”
“Neitherare looking to rush anything, but that’s not to say they’re not very happy together,” the insider continued of the pair, adding that both Hadid and Cooper’s “families spend time together, and so do their kids. It’s very sweet.”
