Heather, 36, shared a post on her Instagram Story Saturday, in which her son,Tristan Jay, could be seen enjoying some food.
“Watching this boy eat is something else…. He’s obsessed,” Heather wrote alongside a photo of the 7-month-old, who was decked out in a leaf-patterned bib.
TheSelling Sunsetstar also shared a picture of her son looking up mid-chew, as well as another of him staring at the camera with his hand near his mouth.
Tarek, 42, reposted each photo on his own Instagram Story. Alongside the second photo, the proud father wrote: “Always hungry like his daddy 😂😂.”
The couple welcomed Tristan on Jan. 31. He joinedTarek’s older children: daughter Taylor Reese, 13, and sonBrayden James, 8, whom he shares with ex-wifeChristina Hall.

Earlier this week, Heather answered some questions about parenting and Tristan on her Instagram in a Q&A session, during which sheopened up about her breastfeeding experiencewith the little one.
“Breastfeeding is literally my favorite thing. It’s such a bond with Tristan, especially the first-morning feed,” the new mom shared. “That early morning feed, no one’s around, just me and him. Usually, I just have him in a diaper so we’re skin-to-skin and it’s just the best. I just love it so much.”
Of her son, she recalled, “I really thought I’d do four months and then I was like okay, ‘Six months and now I’m coming up on eight months.’ Then I’m like, ‘Okay, I’ll go for a year.’ So I love it that much, but it hasn’t been easy.”
“Breastfeeding is definitely hard and Tristan had [a]tongue tie, lip tie and cheek tie, which made it even harder in the beginning,” Heather continued. “And we got through that, we got the laser done and then we had the revision, which made it hard for him.”
Afterfacing criticism for posting more about Tristan than her stepchildren, Heather cleared the air in June during an interview withToday.com.

Explaining why the older kids are not featured on her social media accounts as frequently, she said, “Taylor and Brayden are in school all day, and I’m home with Tristan. I can capture moments with Tristan easily.”
Heather also pointed out that she and Tarek share Taylor and Brayden in a 50/50 custody arrangement with their mom.
“They’re also busy with sports and tutoring — they always have something going on. I blink, and it’s 8 o’clock at night,” she added. “So when we’re all together, the last thing I’m doing is standing around taking photos with all three kids.”
